Resort fee has limitations.

My recent stay was fantastic! The spa was top-notch with great fitness facilities. The pool area was a real treat. The terrace had amazing views and the living area was stylish. I loved the local dining scene nearby. The hotel also had a cool rooftop bar. The location was super convenient for exploring the city. Can't wait to go back with my family for our next adventure!

We loved location and staff of this good central hotel. The room met all requests, spacious with a toilet fit for a child.

All in all, it was great base for traveling to New York City. The location was central, right by all major attractions as well as Manhattan.

the staff was accommodating, and the public areas had a fun atmosphere. the location was fantastic and convenient, with friendly and helpful staff. a noise issue was promptly resolved with a room change to a quiet, upgraded space. the lobby and library were visually pleasing, and i would gladly stay here again.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast options, which were limited and served on paper cups and plastic plates. the noise levels in the hotel can be quite high due to the high ceilings and intrusive dance music at night.

One service that would have been helpful for work purposes was a dedicated business center with comprehensive support and resources for business needs.
